The National Museum of the Romanian Peasant

The future Virtual Museum of Childhood is keeping in step with the calendar of the holiday season. In December, it will mark the Feast of St Nicholas by bringing together toys, memories of childhood games of long ago, and a rich selection of ceramic miniatures from the collections of the Museum of the Romanian Peasant, some of them more than a century old, others worthy of being exhibited in the most select art gallery. Then, just before the arrival of Father Christmas, the Museum will be showing them to visiting friends to admire.

And so, let’s remember, play and rejoice together!
